BUSINESS REPUTATION PRO

Welcome to Business Reputation Pro (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using our website, platform, and services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you (“Customer”, “you”, or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Services.
Business Reputation Pro is a subscription-based platform that provides local businesses — including but not limited to restaurants and service providers — with tools for reputation management, including but not limited to:
- Monitoring and responding to online reviews
- Generating and publishing Google Business Profile (GBP) posts
- Citation building and local SEO support
- AI-assisted keyword discovery and content creation
- Automation of client communications and marketing insights
The Services may include integrations with third-party platforms such as Google, Facebook, GoHighLevel, BrightLocal, and others.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
To access and use certain features of our Services, you may be required to create an account and provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are liable for all activity under your account.
Our Services are provided on a subscription basis, currently at $269 per month unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
- Billing occurs monthly on a recurring basis via the payment method you provide.
- You authorize us to automatically charge your payment method on file.
- You may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle. No refunds are provided for partial periods.
Free Trial: We may offer a free trial at our discretion. At the end of the trial, you will be automatically enrolled in a paid subscription unless you cancel.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate business data needed for optimization.
- Review and approve content, responses, or posts when required.
- Maintain access credentials to third-party platforms (e.g., Google Business, BrightLocal).
- Follow all applicable local, state, and federal regulations governing your business communications.
You are responsible for ensuring that any customer data or messaging complies with applicable privacy, marketing, and communications laws (including CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and GDPR where applicable).
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purpose.
- Interfere with the operation of the platform or attempt to access systems without authorization.
- Resell or repackage the Services without written permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or use the Services in a way that could harm the platform or other users.
All content, software, trademarks, and intellectual property provided through Business Reputation Pro are the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the platform or its materials without prior written consent.
Our Services may interact with or rely on third-party services and APIs (e.g., Google, Facebook, GoHighLevel). We are not responsible for any disruptions, limitations, or policy changes imposed by these platforms. Your use of those services is subject to their separate terms and policies.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access with or without notice if you violate these Terms or misuse the Services.
Upon termination:
- Your access to the platform will be disabled.
- Your stored content or data may be deleted after 30 days.
- Any remaining balance or unpaid subscription fees will be due immediately.
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee any specific outcomes, traffic, rankings, or revenue from use of the Services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Business Reputation Pro will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or business interruption, arising from your use of the Services.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three (3) months prior to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Business Reputation Pro, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Services
- Your violation of any law or regulation
- Any content or data you provide to us
We may update these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or through the platform. Continued use of the Services after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.
